Muay Thai (translated as "Thai Boxing") originated hundreds of years ago in southeast Asia. Commonly referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs," Muay Thai practitioners rely on the hands, shins, elbows and knees to strike an opponent.
Unlike most Cardio Kickboxing programs where you never actually train with another person, here you will always have the opportunity to work one-on-one with your training partners, and often with the instructor during class. Our program consists one-on-one training with punches, kicks, knees, elbows and combinations of boxing.
